The way we work

We work in small integrated and multi-skilled teams established on a project basis, under the guidance of our senior staff. We work in partnership with our clients and partners, either in our offices or on client premises. You’ll make a major contribution and have a client facing role from day one and would expect soon to be leading and delivering projects. Over time, we’ll also expect you to develop deep functional knowledge and entrepreneurial flair to win new business. You’ll expect to travel widely, particularly within Europe.
