On 10th September 2009 we were officially presented with the Queen's Award by Dame Mary Fagan, Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire and her Deputy Lieutenant, Andrew Kent.

Andrew Kent first read the Citation before Dame Mary presented Helios Managing Director Mike Shorthose with the glass rosebowl and the Grant of Appointment.

"Winning this award for the second time is a tremendous achievement for Helios. Since 2004 it has been a brilliant support for our work in expanding our business. It is a very prestigious award and we are all be very proud for having won this again", said Mike Shorthose.
