Regulators and operators across Europe and the World are gearing up for the next round of spectrum releases.

Spectrum at 2.6 GHz together with the frequencies released by the switch-over to digital television are due to be handed over through a variety of market-based techniques including auctions and beauty parades.

Helios has teamed up with PolicyTracker to deliver a one-off course which will take delegates through the concepts and practicalities of spectrum auctions, culminating in participation in two ‘mock auctions’.

The event takes place at Farnham Castle (Surrey, UK) from 16-20 November.
